HFE, what’d you release on patreon last month?
Lots of writing, with a couple sketches, plus one patreon-exclusive colored art piece!
- Info on Joru and the rest of Team JES.
- Zaplion sketch.
- Halloween scene and sketch.
- How much I hate babysitting.
- Piko quotes with a sketch wear he models the Animal Crossing ¡hola! shirt.
- my thoughts on atheist youtube.
- The worst christian movie I ever watched growing up was the first God’s Not Dead and Courageous. The former was for a youth group event, the latter was at home.
- The people making and applauding these movies are the most militant voters, as well as the people with the most voting rights.
- Chu and Shroud discussing Lord of the Rings.
- Chu: What does ‘in heat’ mean?
- Shroud: It means you really wanna consummate something.
- Chu: Oh… What’s consummation?
- Shroud: That’s when you wanna make eggs with someone.
- Chu: Scrambled or over-easy?
- Shroud: Sunnyside up: the best kind ever!
- 3 add-on bonuses for Day 2 of Let’s Go, Mírieliel!
- Let’s Go, Ladies!
- “Ooh, look at me murdering everyone in order to help my brother get his balls back. Oh wait, why would I do that? …My nephews are terrible at thinking for themselves. So, hányo, what exactly do you plan on doing with your balls if you somehow do manage to get them back? Lock them up in a safe again? You had your entire family, as well as your servants and sentinels, and yet you still hid them away.”
- Lost Levels.
- One important part of writing is figuring out who your audience is. Sure, on the internet, anybody can wander in; and not all writing is for all audiences. But another thing I’ve learned from bingeing children’s shows is learning that my stuff’s way too complex and often too violent for children. It’s part of why I’ve switched my patreon over to 18+ only. I don’t want children and teens wandering into the “backstage” areas, so to speak, where we’re all smoking weed or whatever.
- Pikachus vs Eevees.
- Let’s Go, Ladies!
What we’ve got coming up for the remainder of the month includes:
- thoughts on My Life as a Teenage Robot: The Boy Who Cried Robot.
- Pixxy Fire Fist: Circus Act. patreon-exclusive art!
What’s available to patrons right now is wisdom from Beowulf and Chu.
“HFE, thank you for creating and sharing so much art and writing for free. How can we help turn your passion and skills into a full-time gig?”
I’m glad you asked!
If you can give me a one-time tip, head over to ko-fi. I’ve also got emotes and icons you can buy.
If you can commit to a monthly tip, you can set that up via twitch or patreon. Twitch also lets you set up alternate payment schedules: every three months and every six months. Ko-fi lets you set up monthly payments now, too!
You can also buy some characters and critters I’ve designed on toyhouse.
And if you have no money to spare (understandable), one way you can help me out is by commenting and using as many share buttons as possible. Commenting gives me feedback on what works y’all are passionate about. Sharing helps expose my works to new people. The bigger my audience grows, the more audience members with money will encounter my works.
Thank you for taking time to read this. I hope you enjoy what you’ve found here.
